Udon Noodles in Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce:
Pour a little sesame oil in a hot frying pan...maybe 1 tsp. Add 1 clove minced garlic and a dash of hot sauce. Let it sizzle for a few seconds and then add 1/4 cup vegetable stock. Stir and add 2 tbsp. peanut butter. Stir to thicken. Pour over prepared Udon Noodles and stir.
